Your role as Property Manager
Choosing the right artwork to display in a public space is a big responsibility. Visitors to the building must get a sense of “occasion” when they walk in. They have clearly arrived at somewhere special. Art needs to be chosen with the wall coverings, flooring surfaces and any existing furniture in mind. Decisions need to be made about buying the art and having it permanently installed, or renting and having the opportunity to change it out as styles and colours date.
Careful thought by a Property Manager needs to be given to installation – especially where you have large marble walls. The building owner is not going to be impressed with holes drilled in expensive marble tile walls for artwork hooks. Art may need to be suspended from the ceiling to avoid damage to walls. We have experience with installing art in difficult places.
Selecting the right art
We can assist you as a Property Manager, in making the right choice of art to set the right tone for your building and for the enjoyment of your tenants and visitors.
We will view your space with you and listen to your requirements. From there we will come back to you with suggestions of artwork that will work well in your space and complement your interior. We will also arrange to hang the art for you.
From an initial consultation at your premises to a completed installation, we will help you (or your designer) find art to lease or buy that best complements your decor.
